By using Coastal Delivery Service, you agree to the following terms.
Coastal Delivery Service provides local delivery support in Westport and Grayland, Washington. Customers place orders directly with restaurants, and Coastal Delivery Service provides pickup and delivery when drivers are available.
Delivery service is based on driver availability. Customers must call or text to confirm availability before expecting delivery. Coastal Delivery Service does not guarantee delivery at all times.
A flat delivery fee (currently $10) applies to most local deliveries unless otherwise stated. Fees may change at any time.
Customers are responsible for placing food orders directly with the restaurant. Food pricing, preparation, and food payments are handled by the restaurant. Coastal Delivery Service is not responsible for restaurant errors, food quality, or order accuracy.
Coastal Delivery Service may accept cash and online delivery payments. Online payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
If a delivery is canceled after a driver has been assigned or dispatched, fees may still apply.
Coastal Delivery Service is not liable for delays, restaurant issues, incorrect orders, or circumstances beyond our control.
Coastal Delivery Service may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Coastal Delivery Service is not responsible for delays caused by restaurants, taverns, food trucks, or other participating businesses.
Our delivery fee covers pickup and transportation of your order. Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup location at no additional charge.
Additional wait time fees may apply when orders are not ready upon driver arrival.
In situations involving excessive delays, Coastal Delivery Service reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery request.
