Wait Time Policy

The standard delivery fee includes pickup and delivery service within our service area.

  • First 15 minutes of wait time: Included
  • 16–30 minutes of wait time: Additional $5 fee
  • 31–45 minutes of wait time: Additional $10 fee
  • Excessive delays may result in cancellation or rescheduling of delivery
